Products created and sold by Rabbitt's Rustics, are made from wood, paint, metal nails and glue. Our products will be made as close to advertised as possible. Our products are rustic; please expect light dents, knots, cracks, etc. which add to the visual aesthetic. 

IF YOU PURCHASED A CUSTOM ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Packages are insured for the full purchase amount.  All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.  We will also send you pictures of your finished product in case there is anything more you'd like done while it is being created.  Rabbitt's Rustics is not responsible damage during shipping.  If you find your product has been damaged during transit, keep all packaging materials, take pictures of the damage, and contact us by email.
