How are the products shipped?

Can I have my purchase customized?

Yes. Flags and home decor products can be customized/personalized for an additional fee using several methods.  We offer raised stars, stenciled messages and images, and hand carvings to personalize your purchase.  We welcome custom orders. What is the processing time?

Normal processing time is 2-3 weeks but times fluctuate during peak shopping times. Please allow more time if requesting a custom order.
